Once an OtterBox is on your iPhone, you should not need to remove the case very often. Push the tab on the OtterBox's holster and then pull the OtterBox out of the holster. Lift the silicone from one corner of your OtterBox and work your way around the case until the silicone is completely separated from the shell.

Will otterbox replace my iphone?

The company provides a warranty for the case only and not your iPhone. So, if the case gets damaged, they will replace it, but they will never replace your iPhone's screen. OtterBox will do nothing to replace the screen.

Does otterbox replace phone?

There is no such thing, never was. Otter box will replace its product if you break it. No one replaces your phone other than insurance. (The following is included after all posts to save typing) I don't work for AT&T. My replies are based on experience and reading content available on the website.

Is lifeproof better than otterbox?

Lifeproof is better in one respect, though – it is waterproof and snow proof. You can basically submerge an iPhone with a Lifeproof case in water for two hours and nothing would happen. Otterbox, however, is water resistant, but not waterproof.
